Choose Line Printer Daemon - LPD from the Protocol list.

Enter the TCP/IP address or DNS Name of the printer into the Address box.

When specifying the Queue, use the PostScript
"xxxxxxxxxxxx" is your machine's MAC Address (Ethernet Address).
