The default settings for Norton AntiVirus provide
complete virus protection for your computer. However,
you may want to adjust them to optimize system
performance or disable options that do not apply.
Norton AntiVirus provides password protection for your
option settings. You can enable, change, and reset a
password so that unauthorized users cannot tamper with
your settings.
All of the options are organized into three main
categories. The options contained under each category
