If the opening screen does not appear

Before you begin, close all open programs on your
computer. Other open programs may interfere with
installation.
If you have other firewall programs installed on your
computer, it is recommended that you uninstall them to
prevent any installation errors. For more information, see
the user documentation that came with the firewall
program.
You can install Norton Personal Firewall from a CD or from
a file that you download.
Before you begin, close all programs that are open on your
computer.
