Red eye Red eye is a common problem caused by the camera flash reflecting off the back
of the eye.
Resolution The resolution refers to the density of pixels in an image.
Saturation Saturation refers to the intensity of a color. Oversaturated photos look unreal.
Experiment with this to create fun effects.
Scanner A scanner is a device for converting traditional photos into electronic format.
Sharpen The Sharpen effect which increases the contrast of the boundaries of an image
and enhances details in slight soft or out of focus images.
Sliders Sliders are the adjustment controls on many of the controllers including the
effects controllers.
Slideshow A slideshow is a collection of images that display in sequence.
Smooth The Smooth effect blurs part or all of an image, and is useful for reducing
wrinkles or other unwanted details.
Thumbnails Thumbnails are small views of images that can positioned, sized, or sorted.
Tinting Tinting can also be referred to as the colorizing of images.
Toning Toning changes the brightness and contrast of images.
Transporter The Transporter is the area for holding images (or moving images from one
room to another).
Treads Treads are the bumpy edges on drawers and the Transporter. Click on a tread to
open or close a drawer.
TWAIN TWAIN is a universal technology (or language) for communicating with
peripheral devices such as scanners or digital cameras. Twain has changed over the years
and sometimes devices need updated software (called drivers) to communicate with
current software.
Undo When you don't like the results of the last action you made, Alt+Z or Option+Z
will reverse the last action. Soap 2 supports multiple undos.
