HTTP Status Codes
As a Web based application using Internet Information Services (IIS), ZENworks Patch
Management users HTTP status codes. While many of the status codes are informational
only, the following table defines a few of the common error codes.
Table A-2: HTTP Status Codes
HTTP 401.1 - Login failed
HTTP 403.4 - SSL required
HTTP 403.9 - Too many users
HTTP 404 - Not found

Device Status Icons

The following table defines agent (device) status and associated icons.

icon).
The agent is idle, and has pending deployments.

Description
Logon attempt was unsuccessful (likely due to invalid
user name or password).

instead of the default HTTP 401.1 - Logon failed error page.
You must use HTTPS instead of HTTP when access
this page.
The number of connected users exceeds the defined
connection limit.
The requested file cannot be found.
