5 Use System Update to update 10.1.x Primary Servers and managed devices to 10.2.
The ZENworks 10 Configuration Management SP2 (10.2) update is cumulative, meaning that
you can upgrade Primary Servers and managed devices directly to version 10.2 from the
following versions:
ZENworks 10 Configuration Management SP1 (10.1.0)
Update for ZENworks 10 Configuration Management (10.1.1)
Update for ZENworks 10 Configuration Management (10.1.1c)
Update for ZENworks 10 Configuration Management (10.1.2a)
Update for ZENworks 10 Configuration Management (10.1.3)
IMPORTANT: Before applying version 10.2, you should remove the earlier updates for
ZENworks 10 Configuration Management from ZENworks Control Center.
