The Add Job page includes the
Template View
On the Job Template View, you create a new Job based on a pre-existing Job Template. The Job Template View
contains the following options:

Template View
Description
Enter a name to identify the Job.
Select this option and select a Template from the list to create a Template Job. .
Select the package(s) or group(s) to be used by the Job Template. If you select a group, the
Job will perform actions on whatever packages are in the selected group at the time the Job is
executed.
Use the following options to schedule this Job:
•
Immediate—Select to execute this Job immediately.
•
Scheduled—Select to execute this Job at the Date and Time you select.
Description
Enter a name to identify the Job.
To create a Custom Job, clear this selection. When this option is not selected, the Define
Job Steps area opens.
