Parts B-14, B-16, B-19, B-19, B-20 & B-21
will arive from the factory pre-assembled in the
carton. Disassemble by removing bolts B-14
and B-21 from parts B-16, B-19 & B-20.
Gather the left (B-19) and right (B-20) lower
console mast covers and bring together as a
clamshell over the console mast/main frame
union. Align covers with the mounting holes
and loosely thread the four (4) hex bolts B-21
into place. Do not tighten yet.
Positon the lower console mast front cover
(B-16) in place and thread the four (4) hex
bolts (B-14) through the face and into parts
B-19 and B-20. Do not over-tighten.
Align and tighten all bolts. Do not over-tighten.

Parts B-33, B-27, B-26 &
B-25 will arive from the factory
pre-assembled on the console
mast. Remove all components
except B-25 and set aside.
Slide the left (H-L) and right
(H-R) handlebar assemblies
over the upper pivot. The fit is
designed to be tight so proper
alignment is necessary for
installation.
Re-install washers B-26,pivot
caps B-27 and fixing bolts
B-33. Tighten bolt B-33 firmly.

The forward pivots of steparm G-L &
G-R will arive from the factory with
parts G-15, G-1 & G-14 pre-installed.
Remove bolts G-14, pivot caps G-1 &
washers G-15 from the steparms and
set aside.
Bring the pivots of the left step arm
(G-L) and handlebar (H-L) together,
sliding the handlebar pivot over the
step arm pivot axle and press into
place.
Re-install washer G-15, pivot cap G-1
and fixing bolt G-14. Tighten firmly.
Repeat for right-hand side.
