Event Log Messages in the Event Log

During a reboot of the system when services are starting,
dependent services may fail initially waiting for other services to
start. Messages will be logged to the event log and can be
ignored as the service will restart. Messages include services
related to:
MSFTPSVC
The description for Event ID (105) in Source (MSFTPSVC)
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary
registry information or message DLL files to display messages
from a remote computer. Refer to Microsoft Knowledge Based

W3SVC
The description for Event ID ( 105 ) in Source (W3SVC) cannot
be found. The local computer may not have the necessary
registry information or message DLL files to display messages
