Using
Unwind the cable or turn the quick release

lever and plug into a mains socket.
Switch on or off by pressing the switch.
1 = on; O = off.
IMPORTANT: Do not allow the pod to
become too full; do not let dust fill above the
maximum mark.

Dust disposal

Ensure the Pod is switched off and
disconnected from the mains supply.
1 Use the pod open/close lever
dust collection pod to the right in the
direction of the open arrow as far as it will

2 Lift out the pod
3 Pull out the filter
4 Empty the dust into a bin.
5 Clean the filter as described below.
6 Replace the filter into the pod.
7 Replace the pod into the body by aligning
the arrow face down with the locating pin
and lowering into position
8 Turn the open/close lever to the left in the
direction of the close arrow.

Cleaning the filter

IMPORTANT
Every time the pod is emptied, clean the
filter by shaking it rigorously, or by using the
brush attachment.
To maintain high suction, the filter should
also be washed regularly in warm water, but do
not use detergent.
Allow the filter to dry naturally and ensure it
is totally dry before installing it back into the
cleaner.
A spare filter is provided to allow you to
continue using your vacuum whilst the original
filter is washed and dried.
