NOTE: The recommended picture size for the background is 240 x 320 pixels in JPEG
file format. To beam a favorite theme to a friend, select the desired theme, then tap Beam
on the Appearance tab.
Customizing the displayed information
Tap the Items tab. In the Items screen, you can select which items of information will be
displayed in the Today screen. You can also use the Move Up and Move Down buttons
to adjust the sequence.
In addition, to customize the information further, you can select an item and then tap the
Options... button (not available for all information types).
About
Select Settings from the Start menu, then tap About in the System tab.
The Version tab of the About screen displays important device information, including the
amount of memory installed. In the Device ID tab, you may need to change the device name
if you are unable to connect to a network because another device with the same name is
already connected.
Backlight
Using a higher Backlight setting when operating on battery power substantially reduces
battery life. This feature lets you adjust various Backlight options.
Select Settings from the Start menu, then tap Backlight in the System tab.
Use the Battery power tab to turn ON/OFF the backlight when using battery power.

Use the External power tab to turn ON/OFF the backlight when using external power.

Tap the Brightness tab to adjust the brightness level when using battery and when using

external power.
You can turn on/off Backlight by pressing the power button for two seconds.
