Registering the Personal Phone Book

To register a recipient to the Personal Phone Book, follow the steps below:

To add another entry, repeat from the step 2.

Click on the button to open the Phone Book
dialog Box.
Click on the
<Contact> Tab
• Name:
Enter the recipient's name.
• Fax No.:
Enter the fax number.
• Call Type:
Select how the call should be dialed.
The code set up with Tools/Setup/Dialing Settings
is dialed at the head of the fax number.
<Data Field> Tab
Enter the Company Name, Department Name, Job
Title, Address, Direct Phone No. and the Extension
Phone No. of the recipient to be used on the Cover
Sheet.
