If the WLAN antenna is not connected to the terminal on the WLAN module, install a protective sleeve on the antenna connector, as shown in the following illustration.     Backing up, restoring, and recovering You can use Windows tools or HP software to back up your information, create a restore point, reset your computer, create recovery media, or restore your computer to its factory state. Performing these standard procedures can return your computer to a working state faster.

    Recovering using HP Recovery media You can use HP Recovery media to recover the operating system and drivers that were installed at the factory. On select products, you can create recovery media on a bootable USB flash drive using the HP Cloud Recovery Download Tool.
