Selecting the Dialing Mode
If you have touch tone service, set to "Tone". If rotary or pulse service is
used, set to "Pulse". Your phone comes from the factory set to "Tone".
Make sure the unit is in the standby mode.

Press (REDIAL/PAUSE/FUNCTION).
Press (~) or (4) repeatedly until the arrow —
points to "Program".
Press EDIT (>).
Press (©) or (4) repeatedly until the arrow
points to "Set dial mode".
Press EDIT (>).
Press or (a) to select "Pulse" or
"Tone". jm
Press EDIT (>) (Save key).
eA beep sounds.
eTo return to the standby mode, press (OFF).
