The flash does not work.
• You cannot record with the flash with:

The external flash (optional) does not work.
• The po_ArL'F of the flash is not turned o11, o r the flash is not attached correctly.
The actual recording time for movie is less than the expected approximate
recording time.
• When you record an object that moves fast, the time available for recording may shorten (p.I 7,
77).
The recording stops.
• The temperature of your can'_colder is extremely high. Turn off your camcorder and leave it
for a while in a cool place.
• Moisture condensation has occurred with the disc. Turn off your camcorder and leave it about
I hour in a cool place (p.135).
There is a time difference between the point where you press START/STOP and
the point that the recorded movie starts/stops.
• On your camcorder, there may be a slight time difl_.rcnce between the point where you press
START/STOP and the actual point that recording movie starts/stops. This is not a malfimction.
The movie aspect ratio cannot be changed.
• The aspect ratio of a DVD+RW disc cannot be changed. Fonnat the disc again to change the
movie aspect
ratio.
