Assembling of Digital Amplifier Block
Note : The attachment positioning of the Digital Amplifier Block relates to sound quality of the unit. If assembling Digital
Amplifier Block by wrong steps, sound quality would deteriorate. Therefore assemble it correctly following the
procedure shown below.
[1] Attach the D AMP_SS ASSY or
D AMP_S ASSY
(1) Allocate the D AMP_SS ASSY or D AMP_S
ASSY attached with the Heat Cond Sheet,
Heat Sink Spacer (PLS), Heat Sink 85 (AL)
and 19P FFC (ADD7795). Don't fix it with
screws.
Note: If the 39P FFC (ADD7787) is connected,
disconnect the connector. (For prevention
of damage of the 39P FFC.)

(2) Temporarily attach the Rear Panel (with
other ASSY) to the Chassis /65, using the
three screws. (BBZ30P080FTB)
Note: Fix the DIGITAL MAIN ASSY to the Hook
of the Right Angle 85 (MTL).

(3) Temporarily attach the D AMP_SS ASSY or
D AMP_S ASSY to the Rear Panel, using
the two screws. (BBZ30P080FTB)
(4) Attach the D AMP_SS ASSY or D AMP_S
ASSY, using the five screws.
(BBZ30P060FCC)
(5) Remove the five screws temporarily fixed in
accordance with step (2) and (3).
(BBZ30P080FTB)
(6) Remove the Rear Panel (with other ASSY).
