Operating Instructions
QUICK START / MANUAL MODE
»
Plug into a standard wall outlet (110 Volt AC, 15 amp
circuit)
Stand on the treadmill and straddle belt.
Press POWER Dutton.
There will be an eight (8)
second delay after pressing the POWER button before
daia can be entered. The TIME window will ftasli.
Press START/STOP button,
Belt will begin to move
after 4 seconds. Step on belt slowly after the bell starts
moving. Speed or incline may be adjusted by using the
appropriate * (increase) or - (decrease) buttons.
To end your workout, press START/STOP button,
Bell will gradually slow to zero
To pause yourworkout, press PAUSE.
To ra-start after pausing:
Press the PAUSE button.
WARNING; The treadmill belt wHI resume at the speed
iha treadmill was moving prk>r to pausing.
Countdown Time, Preset Speed and/or Incline;
Time. Speed, and Incline may be preset prior to getting
siarted.
After pressing Ihe POWER button, the lime
window will blink. Use the SPEEDiTIME + or - arrows
to select your workout time, then press the ENTER
PROGRAM button, The SPEED/TIME windowwill now
De Nashirg. Using the same + or - arrows, select the
speed
for
your
workout,
then
press
ENTER
PROGRAM. Now the INCUNE window will be flashing.
Use the INCLINE + or - arrows to set your workout
incline, then press ENTER PROGRAM. To start, press
the START/STOP button.
PROGRAM MODE

There are four(4) preset programs to Choose from; Fat
Bum. Cardio, Warm Up, and Cross Training (see the
program profiles later in this manual).
Select the
program by presskig the appropriate button
Press START/STOP button.
Belt will begin to move
after 4 seconds. Step on belt slowly after the belt starts
mcMog.
Customizing programs in PI and P2 Mode: Each
pre-set program can be customized in the Pi or PZ
mode Alter making the program selection, the top right
window (CALORIES/DISTANCE) will read "OP." "OP"
refers to "original program" and is preset.
Press the
same program button once more, and the CALORIE /
DISTANCE window will read Pi.
The "PI" mod© is
now accessed.
Vou can now program Ifie Time,
Speed, and irwline in PI mode, which will save your
entered information for future use. the lime window will
blrk.
Use the SPEED/TIME + or - arrows to select
your workout lime, ttien press the ENTER PROGRAM
button. The SPEEDlTIME window will now be flashing,
Using the same + or - arrows, select the speed for your
workout, then press ENTER PROGRAM.
Now the
INCLINE window will be flashing. Use the INCLINE +
or - arrows to sel your workout mciine, then press
ENTER PROGRAM, To start, press the START/STOP
button.
To access P2 mode, press the selected
program button three times (once for OP. twice for P1,
three times for P2).
Follow the above procedure to
customize.
PLEASE
NOTE:
Once
you
have
programmed the PI or P2 modes, you will reed to use
the PAUSE buttcfi
to
chenge the
program
you
previousiyef^iered.
USER PROGRAMS There are two (2) user programs
that allow the user to customize speed and irdine for
each of the ten (10) intervals. Press the User Program
button once for U1 or twice for U2
The top right
window (CALCM^IES/DISTANCE) will read Ul.
The
TIME window should flash, but if if is not, press the
PAUSE button, Use the SPEED/TIME + or - buttons to
set youf workout time,
then
press
the
ENTER
PROGRAM button. The SPEED/TIME window will new
be Bashing. Usng the same + or - anows. select the
speed for the first
interval,
then
press
ENTER
PROGRAM. Now the INCLINE window will be flashing.
Use the INCUNE + or - arrows to set the incline for Ihe
ItsI interval, then press ENTER PROGRAM. Continue
these steps tor all ten intervals.
