On-line heckout
Perform the following checkout procedures if you are using the iUP-200A universal programmer,
the iPDS system, or the iUP-201A universal programmer in on-line mode. he iPPS PROM Pro ­
gramming Software User ' s Guide describes iPPS software invocation and the YPE and COPY
commands.
1. Insert the iUP-Fast 27/K personality module into the universal programmer or the iPDS system
and invoke the iPPS software.
2. Enter the YPE command. he universal programmer host or the iPDS system displays the
following PROM types supported by the iUP-Fast 27/K personality module if the PROM is
installed correctly.

he upgrade PROM is either installed incorrectly or it is defective if the following error
message is returned:
-IUP ERR R M DULE UPL AD ERR R.
Check the PROM installation. If the PROM is installed incorrectly, repeat the installation and
checkout procedures.
