This function is particularly suitable for
proving dough.
If the oven has been used a short
time ago for cooking, we
recommend that you let the
appliance cool down before
activating the function.
The proofing duration can range
from a minimum of 1 minute to a
maximum of 11 hours and 59
minutes.
It is not possible to modify the
default temperature of the Proofing
function.
For good proofing, place a
container of water at the bottom of
the oven.
1. Open the door.
2. Place the dough to be proofed on the
second shelf and close the door.
3. Press the functions knob.
