Parental control
Requi re m ent : a video DVD mus t be playing a nd

at t he factory is "1234").
Playba ck of video DVDs can be res tr ict ed using
par ent a l contro l. Select an d co nf irm the cont ent
rat ing (s uch as Level 5) . Eight diffe rent Content
rating
leve ls can be set for pa rental control. For
examp le, if you se lect Level S* for the parenta l
control leve l, all DVDs from leve l 1-5 can be
played. Video DVDs with a higher leve l will not
play. All rest rict ions are ca nce led when the func-
tion is sw itched Off .
You can change t he cur rent password using the
Change password funct ion.

- Password entry will be loc ked for a ppr ox i-
mately one minute if you enter t he incorrect

contro l password.
