Tips
- The imported contacts are stored in the lo-
cal memory of the directory .
- A max imum of 100 contacts can be impo rt-
ed. You can check the directory memory ca-
pacity at any time

Last name/First name
Enter the last name and first name usi ng the
speller.
Telephone numbers
You can store up to f ive telephone number s in an
address card. You can a lso ass ign a Type (Busi-
ness or Private) as we ll as a Category (Landline,
Cell or Fax) for eac h pho ne numbe r. You can a lso
use Save as default number to set a freq uent ly
used phone numbe r as t he def aul t numbe r. That
numbe r is then d isp laye d firs t in t he open ad -
dress card .
You can impor t a phone nu m ber from t he call
list s (s uch as Dialed number s) into t he addre ss
car d using the New number funct ion and t he List
contro l bu tto n. ""
