Error Code
E-01 There is a problem with the fuser
temperature.
E-02 The fuser is over-temperature.
E-05 There is a drum motor error.
E-06 There is a problem with the printer.
E-07 There is a cutter motor error.
E-13 There is a paper feed motor error.
E-14 There is a fuser motor error.
E-16 There is a wire cleaning motor error.
E-21 There is a fuser thermostat error.
E-23 There is an LED Head cleaning error.
E-49 There is a developer position motor error.

When a printer error "E-XX" occurs, follow the instructions below
and check the entire paper path for jams. If the problem cannot be
solved, follow the "Calling For Service" instructions located at the
end of this chapter.
