Description
The system is starting up.
The unit is unable to play the inserted disc.
The disc may be dirty, or foreign matter may have adhered to it.
The disc does not contain files that can be played by the unit.
The unit failed to read the specified file/content.
The disc was inserted upside down.
You are attempting to play a disc that this unit cannot play.
The unit is unable to access the USB flash drive.
A USB flash drive that is not supported by the unit is connected.
The unit is not connected to the network (wired or wireless).
The unit is not connected to a server.
You are not signed in to the streaming service.
The unit is unable to access the USB device.
A problem occurs along the network route (path).
The music file cannot be played.
The Bluetooth device is not connected to the unit.
Confirm that the disc is supported by the unit ( p. 55).
Wipe the disc clean, or remove any foreign matter that may have
adhered to the disc.
Insert a disc containing files that can be played by the unit ( p. 55).
Eject and reinsert the disc.
Insert the disc with the labeled side facing up.
Confirm that the disc is supported by the unit ( p. 55).
Turn off the unit, remove the USB flash drive, and then reconnect it to
the unit. If the message is displayed a second time, move music files to
another USB flash drive, and try playing them again.
Confirm that the USB flash drive is supported by the unit ( p. 56).
Connect the unit to the network (wired or wireless) ( p. 11, 43, 44, 45).
Connect the unit to the server.
Use the MusicCast Controller app to sign in to your account for the
particular service ( p. 25).
Turn off the unit, remove the USB flash drive, and then reconnect it to
the unit. If the message is displayed a second time, move music files to
another USB flash drive, and try playing them again.
Confirm that the wireless LAN router and modem are turned on and the
unit is properly connected to the wireless LAN router (or hub).
Confirm that the file format is supported by the unit. For information on
music files supported by this unit, see the following:
"Devices/media, and file formats supported by the unit" ( p. 55)
If the file is supported by the unit, but still cannot be played, the network
may be overloaded.
Check the Bluetooth connection ( p. 13).
