Symptoms
Check points
No power is apptied to the recorder
with a power supply unit attached.
Is a power supply unit (battery pack, AC power pack or car battery adapter)
correctly attached?

Remove it once and reattach after a few seconds.

No power is applied to the recorder/

Is the power cord disconnected?

Is the rear panel MAIN POWER/NETZ switch of the tuner set to ON/EIN?

© Is the recorder's POWER/BETRIEB button in the ON position?
@ Is the tuner's CHARGE/LADEN indicator lit?
— Press the tuner's CHARGE/LADEN button to turn the indicator off.
Playback picture does not appear

Is the TV receiver's channel selector set to the correct video channel?

button to cancel the '"M" mark in the display.

Adjust with the TRACKING/SPURLAGE control.
Return the control to its centre position after playing back the particular tape.
Noise such as whistling or howling is
heard from TV while camera
recording or audio dubbing.
Move camera or microphone away from TV or reduce TV sound volume.
