The camcorder is equipped with the Easy Recording program and several program
AE modes. The availability of functions differs depending on the selected mode.
• For simple point-and_shoot operation, select the Easy Recording program. Slide
_he program selector to the [:3 position.
• For normM shooting conditions, slide the program selector to _1 (program AE)
mode. Open the program menu and select AUTO ( [_ 58).
• For various other recording conditions, the camcorder has additional specialized
AE (auto exposure) programs.
