6. Disc loading :
After the WAIT for 50ms, the main control IC (IC601) pin #22 outputs SV to the |C702 motor drive
IC, 7V is supplied to the load motor (load motor FWD side) from 1C702 pin #10, and the disc is
moved to the mechanism from the magazine.
If the disc is pressed with the push lever, the disc is moved to the mechanism by the disc roller.
7. Disc loading status check :
The status for the disc to move to the mechanism is checked by two photo sensors (PT701,
PT702).
The voltages of IC601 #76 and #79 are controlled by both the photo sensors and change to
Low —>
High—> Low.
This means that the disc loading has been completed.
8. Tray magazine importation :
After the voltages of IC601 pin #76 and pin #79 are controlled by both the photo sensors and
change to Low—> High Low and the load switch is turned on (IC601 pin #27), IC601 pin #23
(tray BWD) outputs 5V, 7V is supplied to the magazine tray motor (tray motor BWD side -black
wire) from IC702 pin #3, which returns the magazine tray to its original position, and the disc is
chucked until the LPS HEX value becomes the 40 home position.
