POSSIBLE CAUSES
Machine has been set to a Manual
Water level rather than Auto.
Your washer has been designed
to automatically sense load size
and minimise water use, therefore
the water level may look different
to your previous washer.
The unique high efficiency wash
system used 2 wash phases on

HIGH, FAST
cycle. The second phase will be
cooler than the first to minimise
energy use.
If

Incorrect detergent being used.

Ensure Auto Water Level is set rather than
setting the water level yourself.
This is normal and will not affect wash
performance.
Allow cycle to complete.
Ensure you are using a Low Suds detergent.
Try using a little less detergent, especially if
garments are only lightly soiled.

Wipe the inside of the Auto Dose dispenser
cover. Run an Auto Dose Tank Clean cycle.
