mm Video Cassette has a Safety Tab on the
bottom of the cassette that can be adjusted to prevent
accidental erasure of recorded material.

• MOUNTING THE CARRYING HANDLE
1. Slide the Carrying Handle (Accessory No.1) into the
Shoe on the top of Video Camera
/
Recorder.
2. Fasten the Mounting
Screw.

• INSTALLING THE SHOULDER STRAP
Attach the Shoulder Strap (Accessory No. 10) as il-
lustrated below.
Pull and hold the knob
to open the
hook.
To prevent accidental erasure, slide the Safety Tab in
the direction of arrow until the red Safety Tab is com-
pletely
visible.
To record again on the
cassette,
slide the Safety Tab in
the direction of
arrow.
The red Safety Tab will disap-
pear behind the cassette case.
