1. Set
"FOCUS
AUTO/MANUAL"
Switch
to
"MANUAL" position.
2. Zoom up to the subject by turning the Zoom Lever.
NOTE: See page 18 for "USING THE POWER
ZOOM FEATURE".

3. Focus on the subject by turning the Focus Ring.
NOTE: If focusing is performed without zooming up
first, the picture may become out of focus when the
zoom-up is done during actual picture taking.
4. Then, zoom back from the subject as desired.
