Apply control power.

Set the master power switch (
chanical controls and the touchscreen controller.

Open the door (air unlatch).

1. With one hand, hold the door unlock button (
depressed.
The door's air-seal deflates and the plunger latch audibly re-
tracts. The controller will delay retracting the door plunger
long enough to de-pressurize the seal.
2. With the door unlock button still held, use your other hand
to pull the door open.
3. Release the door unlock button.

3.4 Scan the barcodes on the goods (optional Gear-
Trace™ tracking system).
If your machine is equipped with the optional GearTrace™ tracking system, scan the barcodes on
the goods with the included scanner to begin tracking the goods with your MilTouch™ controller.
To scan goods:
1. On the Home display, select the formula for your goods type.
2. Touch . The Barcode display appears, as shown in the following figure.
NOTE: If your machine is configured to run formulas from Mildata
instead.
