Installazione della guida dell lo dell'avvolgibobina
1) Poser le guide- l de bobineur 1 sur le bobineur du bras de la machine à l'aide des vis 2 .
2) Régler la position du guide- l comme il est indiqué sous "12. BOBINAGE D'UNE CANETTE".
1) Coloque la guía 1 del hilo del bobinador en el bobinador ubicado en el brazo de la máquina de coser usando los tornillos 2 .
2) Ajuste la posición de la guía del hilo consultando "12. MODO DE BOBINAR UNA BOBINA."
1) Tramite le viti 2 ssare la quida del lo 1 dell'avvolgibobina all'avvolgibobina stesso ssato sul braccio della macchina.
2) Per regolare la posizione della guida del lo fare riferimento al par. "12. AVVOLGIMENTO DELLA BOBINA".

Den Faden in der Reihenfolge A , B , C , D , E , F , G , H führen. Dann mehrere Wicklungen um die Spule wickeln.
1)
(Wenn die Bedientafel CP-30 5 benutzt wird, brauchen A und B nicht eingefädelt zu werden.)
Den Spulenpresser 1 kippen.
2)
Die Spulenfadenmenge-Einstellschraube 2 so einstellen, daß die Spule bis etwa 80% ihres Aufnahmevermögens bewickelt wird.
3)
Die Schraube im Gegenuhrzeigersinn drehen, um die Menge des aufzuwickelnden Fadens zu erhöhen, oder im Uhrzeigersinn
drehen, um die Fadenmenge zu verringern.
Wenn die Spule ungleichmäßig bewickelt wird, dies durch Vor- und Zurückbewegen der Fadenführung 3 des Spulers korrigieren.
4)
Dann die Schrauben 4 festziehen.
5)
Wenn die Spule voll bewickelt ist, gibt der Spulenpresser automatisch die Spule frei, und der Spuler stoppt.

Install needle thread guide rod 1 with nut 2 .

Attach bobbin winder thread guide 1 to the bobbin winder on

the machine arm using screws 2 .

Adjust the position of the thread guide referring to "12.
WINDING A BOBBIN."
Die Spuler-Fadenführung 1 mit Schrauben 2 am Spuler auf
1)
dem Maschinenarm anbringen.
2)
Die Position der Fadenführung gemäß Abschnitt "12.
BEWICKELN EINER SPULE" einstellen.
1) Pass the thread in the order, A , B , C , D , E , F , G and H .
Then wind it several turns round the bobbin.
(It is not necessary to thread A and B in the case where CP-30
model of control panel 5 is used with the machine.)
2) Tilt bobbin presser 1 .
3) Adjust bobbin thread amount adjustment screw 2 to wind a
bobbin about 80% of its capacity. Turn the screw counterclockwise
to increase the amount of thread to be wound round the bobbin,
or clockwise to decrease it.
4) If the bobbin is wound unevenly, correct it by moving thread guide
3 of the bobbin winder back or forth. Then tighten screws 4 .
5) When the bobbin is lled up, the bobbin presser automatically
releases the bobbin and the bobbin winder stops running.
