@ The default mode is Auto Mark ON.
The Auto Mark function can be used under the following condi-
tions:
@ When making an analog recording of a CD.
@ When recording sources connected to the LINE 1 or LINE 2
input connectors.
1. Press the REC MENU button while in the stop mode.
2. Turn the JOG dial to select "AUTO MARK."
3. Press the ENTER button.
4. Turn the JOG dial to select "MARK OFF ?"
5. Press the ENTER button.
The A. MARK indicator will go out.
to enable the Auto Mark mode.
NOTES:
Setting of the Auto Mark mode can be set only when the unit is
in stop mode,
Once the Auto Mark mode is set, it will remain in that status
until the mode is manually changed again. To avoid forgetting
to reset the Auto Mark moge the next time you wish to record
normally, it is recommended that the Auto Mark function be
reset to ON immediately after recording with it turned OFF Do
this by selecting "ON" in step 6 above.
