i Programmed play - To program playback of |
| tracks in a desired order
(This operation can be performed on the remote control unit.)
@ Upto 24 steps can be programmed.
Example: To program tracks 7 and 12 respectively.
When the function selector is set to CD:
1, Be sure that CD play is stopped, then press the PRO-
GRAM button on the remote control unit.
Pi : Program step number
0:00: Total program playing time
2. Press the desired number digit button (7).
Pi: Program step number
7 : Track number
3. Wait one second.
P2 : Next program step number
3:28 : Total program playing time
4. Press the desired number digit buttons (>10, 1, 2).
P2 —: Program step number
12: Track number
5. Wait one second.
P3 : Next program step number
5:45 : Total program playing time
6. To memorize additional tracks in the program, repeat
steps 4-5.
® \f an attempt is made to record more than 24 steps in a pro-
gram, the display will show "CD PGM FULL" or "PGM FULL".
m If you enter the wrong track numbers:
Press the CLR button. Each time the button is pressed, one
track will be cancelled from the program, beginning from the
most recently programmed track and working backwards.
7. Press the play/pause (»/#) button to begin playing the
selected tracks in programmed order.

m To cancel the program, perform one of the
following:
@ When the CLR button is used to cancel the last-remaining
program.
e@ During stop mode, press the stop (m)} button (during the
stop mode, the tota! playing time is displayed).
@ Open the CD cover.
@ Turn power off.
& To confirm program contents
@ During stop mode, press the Mt, »P1 buttons to display
the programmed contents {the program step number and
the track number), one step at a time.
@ Press the stop button to return to the display of the total
number of programmed tracks and the total playing time.
NOTE:
A pause cannot be programmed.
