Work procedure
5) Mount the fan case (lower) in the same way as before
the replacement. After checking the fan turns
smoothly without touching the fan case, tighten the
fan case securely with C screw.
6) Mount the reinforcing plate in the same position as
before the replacement.
7) Connect wirings to the motor in the same way as
before the replacement, then close the electric parts
box cover. Be sure to connect all wiring inside of the
electric parts box in the same way as before the
replacement.
8) Mount the bottom plate of the air inlet in the same
position as before the replacement.
1. Detachment
1) Remove the drain cap and drain water in the drain
pan.
Use a water bucket and such to receive
Caution water when removing the drain cap or
drain hose.
Loosen securing screws on the bottom plate

(For 048 type 4 places) . For 048 type, remove 2
securing screws at the center of bottom plate.
3) Slide the bottom plate in arrow direction as the right
picture, and open the bottom plate using the hinge
part as a shaft.
4) Pull the tabs on the drain pan towards you carefully.
Do't pull the drain socket when
removing the drain pan.(it may cause

water leakage)
2. Attachment
1) Hook the edge of drain pan (thinner side) first, then
push the bottom of drain pan to be engaged in.
2) Mount the bottom plate with the screws.
