Work procedure
1. Detachment
1) Remove the electric parts box cover.(see the 1. of
2, Detachment)
2) Disconnect the connectors for the drain pump and
float switch from the control board.
CN34 : Float Switch (3P : Red)
CN504 : Drain Pump (2P : White)
3) Remove the screws (2 pcs) securing the service
panel. (The drain pump and the fl oat switch locate
inside of the service panel.)
4) Pinch the hose band and displace it to remove the
drain hose from the joint, then remove the service
panel.
5) Remove the screws(Ø4 × 10, 3 pcs) to secure the
drain pump assembly, and remove the drain pump.
6) Remove the plastic nut and remove the fl oat switch
from the fl oat switch anchor panel.
2. Attachment
1) Mount the drain pump with the removed screws in
the same way as before the replacement.
2) Anchor the float switch with the removed plastic nut
in the same way as before the replacement.
3) Connect the drain hose and secure it with the hose
band.
Be sure to insert the drain hose deep
into the drain pump and place the hose

band at a white line position. Be sure to
place the hose band in a fl at position as
the picture.
4) Connect wirings to the drain pump and the fl oat
switch in the same way as before the replacement,
then close the electric parts box cover. Be sure to
connect all wiring inside of the electric parts box in the
same way as before the replacement.
5) Hook the corners of service cover to taps (2 places)
and tighten securely with the screws (2 pcs).
Be sure to fasten the plastic nut with
0.3 - 0.5 N•m, otherwise damage may

3) Remove the CN82 connector (blue) from the
control board.
4) While securing the electronic control valve body,
remove the electronic control valve coil by turning
it.
2. Attachment
1) Fit the electronic control valve coil to the body and
turn it down until it clicks. After the installation, check
the coil is unmovable with weak force.
2) Re-connect the CN82 connector (blue) in the same
way as before replacement.
3) Hook the corners of service cover to taps (2 places)
and tighten securely with the screws (2 pcs).
