Memory Backup
e The RD-1000's memory back-up system is fully
supported by a battery. Normally, the battery
replacement is required every five years, but
the first replacement
may
be needed
even
before that depending how many months had
passed before you bought it. Please ask for
your local Roland dealer for replacement.
Save the data in memory onto a cartridge or
make a synthesis memo of each sound, before
having the RD-1000 repaired. The data may be
accidentally lost during repairing process, and if
it happens, there is no way to retrieve it.
