 Melting: butter, chocolate,
cheese.
 Cooking fish, vegetables,
fruits, eggs.
Uses
 Preparing: stewed fruits, jam,
sauces, custards, choux,
pastry, caramel, meat, fish.
 Baking cakes without colour.
No preheating
Use your own Pyrex
plates or bowls, directly
on the base of the oven.
Microwaveable, no metal.
 Grilling of meat or fish.
 Toast grilling.
Uses
 Colouring of gratin dishes or
meringue pies.
Heatproof, metal tin can be used
on Enamel Shelf in lower or
upper shelf positions. Or place
foods directly on Enamel shelf or
Wire Rack with heatproof dishes
underneath.
