 Melting: butter, chocolate, cheese.
 Cooking fish, vegetables, fruits, eggs.
Uses
 Preparing: stewed fruits, jam, sauces, custards,
choux, pastry, caramel, meat, fish.
 Baking cakes without colour.
No preheating
Use your own Pyrex® dishes, plates or bowls, directly
