Fault Confirmation Criteria
• If the door sensor has

Possible causes of faults
Door sensor fault
1. Thermistor fault (Tub Thermistor
or Heat Pump Thermistors)
2. Heater driving circuit fault
1. If the connector for motor
connection is disconnected, or it
has a contact fault
2. If the harness motor between the
stator assembly and controller is
open
1. If the connector for fan-motor
connection is disconnected, or it
has a contact fault
2. .If the harness between the fan-
motor assembly and controller is
open
1. If the connector for Compressor
connection is disconnected, or it
has a contact fault
2. If the harness between the
compressor and controller is open
If the water supply hose, drainage
hose, or drainage pump is frozen
1. If the tub is damaged, or the
connection of different hoses has
a problem
2. If the safety switch device is
faulty

Action
• Replace the door
sensor.
• Use 'Smart Diagnosis' and
replace the defective
thermistor.
※ 'Smart Diagnosis' results
allow you to check which
thermistor is defective. (SDS
Plus Diagnosis Tool is
needed.)
• Replace the controller.
• Reconnect the
connector and correct
the poor connection.
• Replace the harness
motor.
• Reconnect the
connector and correct
the poor connection.
• Replace the harness
fan-motor.
• Reconnect the
connector and correct
the poor connection.
• Replace the harness
compressor.
• Defreeze the water
supply hose with a towel
wet with warm water.
Defreeze the drainage
hose and drainage pump
by filling the tub with
warm water.
• Replace internal parts
or reconnect the hose.
• Adjust or replace the
safety switch.
