4. Service sequence

Listen carefully to the consumer's description of the

fault.
Make sure the product is connected to a 220 V source

since it is only for 220 V.
Make sure the product is installed properly.

Basic installation
Ensure the installation of the following:
• Use the spanner to remove three BOLT

ASSEMBLIES (TRANSIT)

• Store the three BOLT ASSEMBLIES (TRANSIT) at
an appropriate location for safekeeping.

Check the gap between the four
leveling feet of the Mini Washer and
the floor.
• Check whether the front-loading washer
moves when you shake it.

Adjust the four leveling feet so that
all of them are firmly standing on the
floor.
• If a leveling foot needs to be loosened by
10 mm or more, place a height adjustment
plate underneath. (Height adjustment
plates are sold at LG Electronics service
centers.)

Once level adjustment is done,
firmly tighten the tightening
nuts.
• Be sure to open the drawer when
adjusting the front leveling feet.
