Setting Daylight Saving Time

Daylight Saving Time is a system adopted in some countries/areas to gain an
extra hour of daylight during summer by advancing clocks by one hour. In an

enables/disables (turns ON/OFF) the Daylight saving time setting.
• D aylight Saving Time can be manually disabled in an area where the time signal
can be received but the daylight saving time is not in effect. (See pages 30 and 31.)
• D aylight Saving Time can be manually enabled even if the watch is outside
the area. (See pages 30 and 31.)
• The daylight saving time rules may change depending on the country or area.
