Troubleshooting Screen Issues
Please check the list below when you experience the following symptoms during use of
the product. It may not be a failure.
First of all, perform
to check for any abnormalities in the projector.
If you are using a set-top box, turn it off, and then turn it back on.
Make sure that the set-top box is correctly connected to your projector.
It says there is no signal on the screen.

Check if the cable connected to the external device is properly connected to the
projector.

to choose the connected input.

Check if your external device, such as a set-top box or Blu-ray player, is turned
on.
Part of the projected image is cut out.

When using an external device (set-top box, game console, etc.), check the
screen size settings in the Settings menu of the device.
The screen shakes after the momentary appearance of vertical/horizontal lines
and net pattern.

Use a different wall outlet than where you plug wireless telephones, hairdryers,
electrical drills etc. The problem is caused by high-frequency electronic devices
such as another projector or strong electromagnetic sources.
