Applying the grease for YK1200X Z-axis

Turn off the controller.

Place a sign indicating the robot is

being adjusted.
Place a sign indicating the robot is being
adjusted, to keep others from operating the
controller or operation panel.
Enter the safeguard fence.

Open the grease port cap of Y-axis

arm side cover.
Adjust the Z-axis position around

the upper-end so that the grease
port faces the inside grease nipple.
Apply the grease with the grease

gun.
