Pull the pulley
in the direction of the arrow and put the upper
shaft collar
closely to the bushing and then tighten the screw
of the upper shaft collar.
Tighten the first screw from the revolving direction
of the upper shaft and then the second screw.
Turn the pulley
and check whether there is clearance or jam.
