Jam Clearance

Loosen the fixing screw for the needle bar. Move the needle bar
up and down to check the jam.
If the needle bar is stuck, remove the rubber cap
bar upper bushing.
Disassemble the needle bar in the direction of the upper bushing
and replace it with a new SunStar needle bar.
Make the assembly in the reverse order of the disassembly.
