When connected to
certain dongle/
docking device at
the port, there is no
video when
unplugging/plugging
the Thunderbolt
cable from the
notebook
When connected to
certain dongle/
docking device at
the port, there is no
video when
unplugging/plugging
the Thunderbolt
cable from the
notebook
Network dropped or
intermittent
When Auto
Brightness is
enabled, the
brightness level of
the monitor
becomes abnormally
low, resulting in
dimmed screen.
• Unplug the HDMI/DisplayPort cable
from dongle/docking device, then
plug the docking Thunderbolt cable
to the notebook. Plug the HDMI/
DisplayPort cable 7 seconds later.
• Unplug the USB Type-C cable from
dongle/docking device, then plug the
docking Thunderbolt cable to the
notebook. Plug the USB Type-C
cable 7 seconds later.
• Check to ensure USB-C
Prioritization is set to High Data
Speed.
• Do not turn off the display during
network connection.
• Check whether an object is
obstructing the sensor area.
• Ensure a webcam is not mounted
over the sensor area.
• Wipe clean any dust that may be
covering the sensor area.
• Ensure the display is not pivoted and
placed to another monitor side-by-
side.
