CYCLE

500 to 9999 meters, and counts down from the preset value.
Displays the distance you are traveling during exercise, from 1 meter up to 9999 meters.
"8" for presetting the value of how many intervals you want to exercise, from 1 to 99,
the readout of the INTERVAL will count down from the preset value when exercising.
