17. DIFFERIENTIAL FEED DOG HEIGHT

Front feed dog
CHECK - Front feed dog
Height of front feed dog above the stitch plate should be 1.2 ± 0.1 mm.
ADJUSTMENT - Front feed dog
1. Move feed dog to its highest position by turning the handwheel towards you.
2. Loosen screw (D) and adjust so that the front feed dog (A) is 1.2 ± 0.1 mm above
the stich plate (C).
3. Tighten screw (D).
