Control panel

The control panel consists of controls
(buttons) and indicators (LEDs). The
buttons can be used to select the individual
preparation programmes and adopt the
different setting options (e.g. to select
steam pressure function, preparation
temperature / time). The settings are
indicated via the illuminated LEDs and/or
the display.

Standby
Switches from standby mode to
function selection mode and back
again.

Set the start time delay
The start time delay can be set for
the selected preparation programme.
Select a preparation programme

from the list (h)
The individual preparation
programmes are displayed one
after another by repeatedly pressing
button D. The corresponding LED
lights up in the control panel.

Adjust the preparation time
The pre-configured preparation
time [ medium ] for a preparation
programme can be shortened
[ short ] or lengthened [ long ]. The
corresponding indicator (g) lights up.
The corresponding pre-configured
preparation time is shown in the
display (a).

Set a customised preparation time
For customised adjustment of the
preparation time.

Set a customised preparation
temperature
For customised adjustment of
the preparation temperature. For
preparation programmes with
enabled steam pressure function, the
temperature is pre-configured (f) and
cannot be adjusted individually.

Steam pressure function
The steam pressure functions
"low steam pressure" [ K ] or
"high steam pressure" [ L ] are
selected by pressing button L. The
respective indicators (f) light up.

Confirm the programme
Pressing button G starts the
selected preparation programme.

Delete a setting or abort the
programme
Pressing button H deletes the
settings or stops a programme that
was previously started.

Display of the remaining time or the
temperature.
b Timer
Indicates that the start time delay is
enabled. The display (a) shows the time
until the start of the selected preparation
programme.
c Preparation steps /
programme progress
Display of the individual preparation
steps and the programme progress.
In the case of multiple preparation steps
(e.g. the ingredients are added after
heating the deep frying oil), these are
visually indicated by the illumination of
LEDs 1, 2, 3 or 4. An audible signal also
sounds if a subsequent preparation step
is required.
d finished
This indicates that the meal is ready.
The display (a) flashes and shows
"00:00". An audible signal also sounds.
e keep warm
Indicates that the keep warm function is
switched on at the end of a preparation
programme. A rectangle lights up in the
display (dotted line).
