PC Interface (not Gigaset C47H)
Depending on your handset, you can connect the handset to your computer via Blue-
tooth or a data cable. Your computer can then communicate with your handset using
the "Gigaset QuickSync" program (free download from www.gigaset.com). You can
access your handset's directory, and, depending on your handset, you can download
sounds and CLIP pictures from your computer onto the handset (please refer to the user
guide belonging to your handset).

Writing and editing a text message
The following rules apply when writing a text message:

Press the relevant key several times to enter letters/characters.
When you press a key and hold it, the characters from that key appear in the bottom dis-
play line and are highlighted one after the other. When you release the key the high-
lighted character is inserted into the input field.
Setting upper/lower case or digits
Press the hash key # briefly to switch from "Abc" mode to "123" and from "123" to
"abc" and from "abc" to "Abc" (upper case: 1st letter upper case, all others lower case).
Press the hash key # before entering the letter.
You can see in the display whether upper case, lower case or digits are selected.
